We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator / Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily dispatch operations, handling internal office tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between field staff and management.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and dispatch staff to job sites efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and update job status in the system
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Assist with invoicing and basic data entry
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and service updates
- Support internal administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in office administration or dispatching preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,616.65 - ₹15,762.04 per month
