Job Title: Admin Executive

1. Overview:
The Admin Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the organization. This position involves supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining effective communication with team members and external stakeholders, and contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office environment.

2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for management.
  • Handle incoming queries and correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Support HR activities such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases as necessary.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.

3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with office management software and administrative systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools for file sharing and collaboration (e.g., Google Workspace, Dropbox).
