Job Title: Admin Cum Accountant
Location: Surat

Job Summary

The Admin Cum Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations along with basic accounting functions. The role also includes overseeing office facilities and handling basic IT-related coordination to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office administration and coordination.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  • Handle vendor coordination and office supplies procurement.
  • Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinate with vendors.
  • Look after office facilities, maintenance, and overall workplace management.
  • Manage inward and outward correspondence, courier, and documentation.
  • Assist management in scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.

  • Accounting Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily accounts and financial records.
  • Handle purchase entries, sales entries, and expense records.
  • Generate invoices and manage billing documentation.
  • Maintain Purchase Orders (PO), vendor bills, and payment records.
  • Maintain petty cash and perform bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in GST documentation and compliance.
  • Support preparation of financial reports and data for CA/auditor.

  • IT & Office Support
  • Handle basic IT-related tasks such as coordinating for system setup, printer issues, internet connectivity, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment such as laptops, printers, and other devices.

  • Required Skills
  • Knowledge of Tally or accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Basic understanding of GST and accounting practices.
  • Ability to prepare Purchase Orders and manage vendor documentation.
  • Basic understanding of office IT systems and troubleshooting coordination.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and administration preferred.

  • Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
