• Manage client onboarding and KYC processing.
• Maintain client portfolio summaries and performance reports.
• Address client queries, transaction discrepancies, and reporting errors.

3. Operations & Office Management

• Oversee documentation, vendor coordination, and new tie-ups in Haldwani Uttarakhand.
• Track emails, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure smooth integration of investment reporting software & CRM tools.
• Provide administrative support to the Founder.
