As an Event Coordinator, your role involves planning, organizing, and managing various events such as corporate events, workshops, exhibitions, launches, and promotional activities. You will be responsible for developing event concepts, themes, and activity schedules that are aligned with the business objectives. Your tasks will include coordinating all event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, equipment arrangement, permits acquisition, and transportation coordination.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Designing and executing engaging activities for participants, customers, or employees.
- Ensuring smooth coordination of on-site activities and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during events.
- Managing activity timelines, staffing requirements, and resource allocation effectively.

Furthermore, you will be required to:

- Identify and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and external agencies for seamless event execution.

In addition to the above, you will also:

- Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Track expenses and maintain financial records for all events.
- Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports and insights for future improvements.

Moreover, you will collaborate with marketing teams to:

- Promote events through various channels including social media, email campaigns, and other promotional strategies.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and event communication to enhance the event's visibility and reach.
