Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP / Excel
• Support in preparation and maintenance of vouchers, bills, and invoices
• Assist in vendor bill verification and payment processing
• Help in maintaining records of expenses, reimbursements, and advances
• Support in bank reconciliation statements and ledger scrutiny
• Assist in GST data preparation and basic compliance documentation
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents (hard copy & soft copy)
• Support during audits by providing required data and documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice and payment clarifications
• Assist in month-end closing activities as guided by the team
