• *Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging accountancy lessons to students of classes 11 & 12 Commerce and those preparing for the CUET.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that meet the curriculum requirements and cater to the individual learning needs of students.
- Ensure conceptual clarity using creative teaching methods and real-life examples.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and feedback sessions.
- Provide extra support to students requiring additional help, ensuring their academic success.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and changes in accountancy syllabi to incorporate into teaching methods.
- Participate in educational seminars, workshops, and faculty meetings to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the institute’s growth.

• *Requirements**:

- A minimum of 60% (preferably 70% plus) in B.Com and 80% (prefably 90% plus) in 12th CBSE exams, with a strong academic background in Accountancy.
- Proven teaching experience in Accountancy for classes 11 & 12 Commerce and CUET preparation is highly desirable.
- Exceptional delivery and communication skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
- A deep understanding of the accountancy curriculum and exam patterns for both CBSE and CUET.
