Position: Accounts Executive (E-commerce)

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Qualification: B.Com

Experience: 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in E-commerce, Retail

Skills: MS Excel, Tally, Zoho, GST, TDS

• Job Description:*

- Reconcile sales, returns, refunds, commissions, logistics charges, and other deductions across marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.

- Match order-level data between accounting systems, marketplace reports, payment gateways, and bank settlements

- Track TCS, GST, promotional deductions, and settlement variances

- Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies and revenue leakages

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and pass journal entries

- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny

- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory-related transactions

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

- Prepare basic MIS reports including P&L, cash flow, and variance analysis
