Job Title: Accounts Executive


1. Overview: The Accounts Executive will play a critical role in managing client accounts and relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The primary objective of this position is to act as the liaison between clients and the company, overseeing account management activities and developing effective strategies to maximize revenue.


2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as potential clients.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.

  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to internal teams to improve services.

  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and client satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to proactively advise clients.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service.


3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for account management and tracking.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.

  • Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting tools.

  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.


4. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the relevant industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


5. Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
