Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day financial tasks including bookkeeping, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
Task Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for operational tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and administrative workflows are optimized.
Communication: Liaison with banks, vendors, and clients for documentation and follow-ups with high professional fluency in English.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly financial summaries and assist in the preparation of MIS reports.
Compliance Support: Assist the senior team in gathering documentation for GST, MCA, and Income Tax filings.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
Academic Excellence:

MP Board: Minimum 85% in both 10th & 12th Standard.
CBSE: Minimum 75% in both 10th & 12th Standard.
Background: Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com/MBA), Accounting, or a related field.
Language: Excellent command over written and spoken English.
Soft Skills: Strong influencing skills and the ability to communicate complex tasks clearly to team members.
Technical: Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and basic knowledge of GST/Income Tax portals.

Preferred Attributes
Proven experience in managing office financials or working in a CA/Consultancy firm.
High level of emotional intelligence and professional ethics.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
