Job Title : Accounting & Finance Trainer / Curriculum Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance Trainer / Curriculum Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Zoho Books, SAP, Tally, and Advanced Excel. The role involves delivering practical training sessions, developing industry-aligned curriculum, and creating job-ready accounting and finance course content for students and professionals.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Delivery:

- Deliver classroom and online training in:
- Zoho Books
- SAP (FICO / relevant finance modules)
- Tally (including GST & statutory compliance)
- Advanced Excel for Accounting & Finance
- Train students, freshers, and working professionals
- Conduct hands-on sessions with real-time business use cases
- Assess learners through assignments, tests, and live projects

Curriculum & Content Development:

- Design end-to-end curriculum for:
- Accounting & Finance Certification Programs
- Diploma and short-term skill development courses
- Develop:
- Course structure and learning outcomes
- Module-wise lesson plans
- Practical exercises, case studies, and projects
- Assessments, MCQs, and evaluation frameworks
- Align course content with current industry and job market requirements

Course Enhancement & Quality:

- Regularly update course content based on:
- Software upgrades
- GST and compliance changes
- Industry best practices
- Support LMS content development (PPTs, notes, videos, lab activities)
- Collaborate with academic, training, and corporate teams to ensure quality delivery

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills:

- Strong working knowledge of:
- Zoho Books
- SAP (Finance modules)
- Tally with GST
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, MIS, Dashboards)
- Sound understanding of:
- Accounting principles
- GST, TDS, statutory compliance
- Financial reporting and MIS

Training & Academic Skills:

- Proven experience in training or teaching accounting and finance concepts mandatory
- Ability to explain complex topics in a explicit, practical, and learner-friendly manner
- Mandatory experience in curriculum design or content development

Educational Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter (or higher)
- Certifications in SAP / Zoho / Tally will be an added advantage
