Accounting Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing various accounting functions within the organization. This role involves maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies. The Accounting Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Record all financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
  • Handle purchase entries, sales entries, and expense tracking in the accounting system.
  • Handle vendor and service provider payments, verify payment details, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper cash flow records.
  • Monitor cash flow and company bank accounts to ensure sufficient funds for operational requirements.
  • Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Generate reports on accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue, and expenses for management review.
  • Maintain and manage inventory records, including stock entries, purchases, and stock reconciliation with accounts.
  • Prepare and manage GST returns, invoices, and tax-related documentation.
  • Assist in preparing Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial reports.
  • Process employee expense reimbursements in line with company policies.
  • Ensure timely billing, payment tracking, and follow-ups for outstanding payments.
  • Maintain and organize financial records and accounting documentation securely and systematically.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems for better efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support management with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
