Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage financial records, taxation compliance, and accounting operations for a pharmaceutical distribution business. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting software (Marg ERP) and be able to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain complete books of accounts including sales, purchase, cash, bank, and ledger entries.
- Handle GST compliance, including filing returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and follow-ups.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountant (CA) for audits, filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Maintain party accounts, outstanding reports, and reconciliations.
- Efficiently operate and maintain data in Marg ERP software.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience (Pharma distribution experience preferred).
- Software: Hands-on experience with Marg ERP (Mandatory).
- Location: Local candidate preferred, familiar with Indore / Dawa Bazaar market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
