Job responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely accounting of inventory transactions in SAP

• Conduct regular inventory reconciliations between physical stock and SAP records

• Monitor and analyze inventory variances and take corrective actions in coordination with Regional Team

• Support monthly and annual inventory valuation and closing activities

• Coordinate and support physical stock counts, cycle counts, and audits

• Validate scrap, obsolete, and non-moving inventory provisions in line with company policy

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and statutory guidelines related to inventory

• Liaise with internal and external auditors for inventory audits and queries

• Drive process improvements and automation in inventory accounting and controls

Expected Qualification & Experience:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)

• Hands-on experience in SAP (MM & FI modules) is a must

• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, valuation, and costing principles

• Prior experience in inventory management from finance/accounting perspective

• Exposure to stock audit processes, and physical verification

• Proficient in Excel and ERP-based reporting

• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage deadlines
