We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant Cum Cashier to manage daily accounting operations and store billing for our luxury couture fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
• Prepare GST invoices and ensure statutory compliance (GST/TDS)
• Manage high-value billing transactions (cash/card/UPI/bank transfer)
• Ensure accurate invoicing for couture orders and custom fittings
• Maintain daily cash book and reconcile with system records
• Handle client advance bookings and balance collections
• Coordinate with sales team for order payments and delivery clearance
• Deposit cash/cheques and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure confidentiality in handling premium client financial data
• Assist in monthly financial reports and audit support
• Track advance payments from couture clients and milestone billing

Requirements:

• B.Com or relevant qualification
• Experience in luxury fashion / textile / store / boutique industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• High accuracy, integrity & organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
