As a Record to Report (R2R) Manager at our EMEA Shared Services Center, your role will involve managing various activities related to financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement within the finance function.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • - Participate in the preparation of financial statements for EMEA entities, ensuring compliance with official guidelines.
    - Reconcile accounts during monthly or annual closings.
    - Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations according to the group's timeline.
    - Handle specialized postings of pension and payroll across EMEA entities.
    - Manage one-off processes like labor costs accruals, VAT postings, statistical reporting, and hedge accounting.
    - Support financial process automation initiatives.
    - Collaborate with IT to optimize ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
    - Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, company policies, and SOX reporting.
    - Monitor internal controls to guarantee accurate financial reporting.
    - Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
    - Approve payment runs and manual payments across EMEA entities.
    - Work closely with other finance teams (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Tax) to streamline financial processes.
    - Assist senior R2R Managers and finance leadership in special projects as needed.
    - Train and mentor new team members, contributing to their development.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • - CA/CMA with 8-10 years of experience in Record to Report or similar financial reporting roles.
    - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
    - Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
    - High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

    This full-time position is typically scheduled from Monday to Friday (EU timings), with the potential for additional hours during peak periods. Occasional travel to different company sites or for professional development may be required. The role is permanent, based in the Airoli office, and reports to the RTR Lead.
