Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant with minimum 2 years of accounting experience. Experience in warehouse-related accounting and inventory management is mandatory. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and coordinating with warehouse operations to ensure proper stock and accounts management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

- Maintain daily accounting entries including purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and financial documents.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain financial records and prepare basic accounting reports.
- Assist in GST documentation and compliance.

Warehouse Accounting

- Maintain and monitor stock records related to warehouse transactions.
- Record goods inward and outward entries in accounting systems.
- Verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and inventory documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock reconciliation and inventory audits.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting.
- Experience in warehouse-related accounting and inventory management.
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally/SAP/ERP) and MS Excel.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Robust communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualification

- B.Com / Commerce background preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
