Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days (Alternate Saturday Working)

Experience Required: 8–12 Years (Maximum 14 Years – Strictly)

About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager – Retail & Ecommerce Operations with strong expertise in marketplace operations, backend retail management, and US client communication. This role requires a strategic operations leader who can manage high-volume ecommerce accounts, supervise large teams, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence across retail platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in catalog management, inventory optimization, pricing strategy, reporting, and client account management within ecommerce ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities Account & Client Management

● Act as primary point of contact for US-based retail clients

● Gather requirements, manage escalations, and ensure SLA adherence

● Deliver regular performance updates, MIS reports, and operational insights

● Build long-term client relationships with high satisfaction standards

Team Leadership & Project Management

● Lead and manage a team of 20+ members

● Drive productivity, performance metrics, and quality benchmarks

● Assign tasks, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely project execution

● Mentor team leads and support cross-functional collaboration

Ecommerce & Retail Backend Operations

● Oversee cataloguing, SKU creation, item listings, and product content optimization

● Manage inventory planning, stock forecasting, and replenishment cycles

● Implement pricing strategies aligned with margin and market trends

● Ensure marketplace compliance across platforms such as Shopify, Lightspeed, Amazon, or similar ecommerce systems

● Handle order management, fulfillment coordination, and performance tracking

Process Excellence & Automation

● Identify process gaps and implement SOPs and automation workflows

● Optimize operational efficiency, reduce errors, and improve turnaround time

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Reporting & Analytics

● Prepare detailed MIS, dashboards, and performance analysis reports

● Use advanced Excel for data analysis (Pivot Tables, Lookup formulas, Data Modeling)

● Monitor SLAs, conversion metrics, and operational KPIs Mandatory

Requirements

✔ 8–12 years of total experience (Strictly not more than 14 years)

✔ Strong experience in Retail & Ecommerce backend operations

✔ Proven US client communication experience

✔ Experience managing a team of 20+ members

✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & MS Office

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

● Graduate / Postgraduate (Any Stream)

● MBA in Operations / Business Management preferred

● Experience in marketplace operations (Amazon, Shopify, Lightspeed, etc.)

● Strong understanding of inventory optimization & category growth

● High attention to detail with customer-focused mindset
