Account Manager Location: Reporting to: Senior Category Manager

We’re building an ecosystem of digital products and services that power everyday life across the Middle East—fast, scalable, and deeply customer-centric. We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we’re looking for a Account Manager who can help us move even faster.
The Account Manager will be an integral part of the Commercial team. They will be executing key strategic plans through building and maintaining relationships, exploring innovative ways to grow the category, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Manage inventory and content health
Ensure best in class customer experience through strong merchandising, content and knowledge of customer journey for the category
Actively look at the commercial KPIs and explore collaborative opportunities to maximize seller performance and efficiency
Competitive analysis and benchmarking
Weekly reporting and key updates to management on seller statuses
Become the main stakeholder in the performance of a portfolio
Run root cause analyses to provide answers in the occasion of poor store performance

Experience in the on-demand services industry is preferred
Experience in the ecommerce industry is mandatory
Proficiency in SQL
