We are looking for Minimum 2-4 years experience Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and the internal marketing team, ensuring smooth communication, project execution, and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client goals, campaign requirements, and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing strategists, designers, and performance marketers to ensure timely project execution.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Provide regular campaign updates, reports, and performance insights to clients.
- Address client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services where relevant.
- Maintain proper documentation of client communication and project progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management & digital marketing agency roles.
- Valuable understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, project management tools, and reporting dashboards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
