📌 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with strong expertise in accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the BFSI / NBFC / Banking / Finance industry, preferably in home loan or lending businesses, and should be proficient in Tally and ERP systems.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts and finance operations


• Maintain and monitor stock statements, outstanding reports, and collection sheets


• Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and ensure accuracy in financial records


• Prepare and analyze year-wise and bucket-wise outstanding reports


• Handle accounts audit preparation and documentation


• Maintain accurate ledger entries, journal entries, and financial statements


• Coordinate and work closely with Company Secretary (CS) for compliance and statutory matters


• Conduct financial analysis of files and accounts to identify discrepancies or risk


• Track and manage collections, receivables, and outstanding balances


• Ensure proper documentation for loan-related financial records


• Monitor cash flow, payments, and vendor reconciliation


• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations
