Job Title: Social Media Manager ( Account Manager)
Location: Pune (hybrid)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000.
Probation: "There is a 2-week probation period with a salary of 10,000. After the probation period, the salary will increase to between 30,000 and 35,000."

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager(Account Manager) to lead and execute our brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms. This is a senior-level role suited for someone who can work independently, requires no training, and is confident managing end-to-end social media strategy, content, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Manage daily content planning, creation, and scheduling across all platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and optimize strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Lead campaign planning and execution for product launches, events, or promotions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Robust portfolio of previous work (brand accounts or personal projects).
- Excellent knowledge of analytical tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and performance-based content.
- Exceptional copywriting, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to think creatively, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B;) industry is preferred.
