About the job:
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Account Management Executive who can effectively manage client accounts, build strong client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate should be skilled in account management, client communication, and creating high-quality client presentations and proposals. This role requires someone who is organized, client-focused, and capable of delivering polished and accurate client-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain client accounts with smooth communication and timely follow-ups.

2. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

3. Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations tailored to specific client needs.

4. Create customized business proposals based on client requirements and project scope.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations and deliverables are met.

6. Schedule and conduct regular client meetings, sharing updates and collecting feedback.

7. Maintain organized documentation of client interactions, updates, and account progress.

8. Contribute ideas to improve client communication, retention, and service processes.
