What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive, you’ll fully own the sales cycle—from sourcing and engaging leads to closing 6-figure enterprise deals. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping how we scale our sales motion and contribute directly to revenue and growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Full-cycle sales ownership: Source leads via phone, email, social media, inbound interest, and events

  • Conduct discovery calls and tailored product demos that highlight our value to HR and recruiting teams

  • Navigate complex procurement processes, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate favorable deal terms

  • Close 6-figure enterprise SaaS deals while maintaining a high win rate and strong pipeline hygiene

  • Own and optimize the CRM (we use [insert CRM tool]), ensuring customer data is logged, clean, and actionable

  • Report on pipeline health and performance metrics, using data to iterate on sales strategies

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve lead quality, product feedback loops, and retention strategies

Experience & Background

  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including recent experience as a closing AE

  • Proven track record of success in a startup environment, preferably in a fast-paced, early-to-mid stage company

  • Strong experience selling recruiting or HR tech platforms (or relevant enterprise SaaS products)

  • Demonstrated ability to close enterprise software deals of $100K+ ACV

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably from a top-tier university

Skills & Abilities

  • Master of the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demoing, objection handling, negotiating, and closing

  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize a high-volume, high-value pipeline

  • Comfortable owning and configuring CRM workflows, reporting, and pipeline structure

  • Analytical and strategic: able to interpret data, market feedback, and performance metrics to inform strategy

  • Confident and articulate in discussing specific sales accomplishments and outcomes
