Role Overview

As an Account Manager – Outbound Sales, you will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and closing outbound leads independently.

You’ll work with decision-makers like Founders, CEOs, HR Heads & IT Leaders, diagnose their productivity problems, pitch We360.ai, and convert them into long-term customers.

This is a performance-driven role where your ability to close deals matters most.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify potential clients through outbound channels (LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, sales tools, etc.)
  • Build high-quality lead pipelines aligned with ICP
  • Conduct research and personalize outreach
  • Lead Qualification & Nurturing
  • Understand client challenges, needs, and decision-making flow
  • Run structured follow-up & nurturing sequences
  • Create interest and book discovery meetings
  • Product Demos & Sales Closures
  • Conduct detailed demos of We360.ai
  • Handle objections & competition
  • Own the full sales cycle from first call → demo → POC → commercial discussion → invoice → payment
  • Account Management
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure smooth onboarding with internal teams
  • Drive upsell opportunities and long-term retention
  • Reporting & Collaboration
  • Maintain CRM hygiene
  • Work closely with Founders, SDR Team, and Support Team
  • Provide insights to improve outbound strategy
  • Key Requirements
  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales / outbound sales
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to independently drive sales closures
  • Hands-on experience with CRM & outbound tools (Apollo, SalesQL, etc.)
  • High ownership mindset — “I will get this done” attitude
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
