Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive - Business Development to join our New Business Development / Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and managing key accounts, with a focus on digital transformation solutions and information management services . This is a strategic sales position involving 70% new business development and 30% account management, focusing on recurring revenue within highly regulated industries. Our high-performing sales team is dedicated to helping clients solve complex information management and digital challenges.

? What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:
  • Responsibility 1: Drive New Business and Revenue: Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on long-term, recurring revenue (Annual Subscription Value - ASV) by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
  • Responsibility 2: Collaborate and Consult: Build and maintain strong, high-level relationships with key decision-makers, including CXO levels , in target industries (such as Banking, Financial Services and Insurance - BFSI, Non-Banking Financial Companies - NBFCs, Insurance, Public Sector Undertakings - PSUs, and Hospitals) and collaborate with internal teams like Pre-Sales, Operations, and Customer Care to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Responsibility 3: Ensure Compliance and Reporting: Lead major deal negotiations, maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) , ensure timely reporting, and comply with all organizational standards, including Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) and audit policies.

  • ✅ What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

    The ideal candidate will have:
  • 8–10+ years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) solution sales , with a proven track record in digital services or technology sales.
  • Strong knowledge of consultative/solution selling, with a background in highly regulated industries (BFSI, Insurance, NBFCs, Government, Pharma, Media) and a focus on process outsourcing, migrations, and digital transformation projects.
  • Proven ability in closing complex deals , effective stakeholder management at CXO levels, strong relationship-building, and hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM .
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
