Job Title: Account Executive

1. Overview: The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales and developing client relationships. The primary objective is to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met while achieving company sales targets. This position is ideal for a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate reporting on sales activities and performance using designated tools.

3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally for financial transaction management and invoicing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software to manage client relationships and sales processes.
  • Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.

4. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
