Job Title: Account Executive

1. Overview: The Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving company growth by managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The primary objective is to serve as a liaison between the client and the organization, delivering solutions that meet client needs while also contributing to the organization's revenue goals.

2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients. -Monitor and report on account status, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions to inquiries.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.

3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
  • Familiarity with general ledger management and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software for tracking client interactions and sales leads.

4. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within a financial services or accounting environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.

5. Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and workflows.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly in relation to general ledger operations.
