Accounting & Finance Skills

Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles

Handling accounts payable & receivable

Bank reconciliation and cash/bank book maintenance

Invoice generation, billing, and receipt tracking

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances

Expense tracking and budget monitoring

Preparation of MIS reports and monthly statements

Real Estate–Specific Skills

Tracking project-wise accounts

Managing customer advances, booking amounts, and refunds

Coordination for sales agreements, payment schedules, and collections

Handling vendor and contractor payments

Understanding of RERA-related documentation (basic level)

Administrative Skills

Office administration and record management

Documentation for agreements, approvals, and payments

Coordination with site teams, sales, and legal departments

Maintaining physical and digital files

Follow-up for payments and approvals

Software & Technical Skills

Proficiency in Tally / accounting software

MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas)

MS Word & email drafting

ERP / CRM software (if applicable)
