Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Accessories Designer to join our team at the Noida studio.

This role will focus on conceptualizing and developing fine accessories and jewelry that complement the Dolly J aesthetic. The designer will work closely with the creative and production teams to translate ideas into beautifully crafted pieces that align with the brand’s vision of modern luxury.

From research and concept development to product execution, the role requires a strong design sensibility and an appreciation for craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop jewelry and fashion accessories aligned with the Dolly J design language
• Conduct trend and material research to inform new product development
• Collaborate with design, sampling, and production teams to ensure seamless execution
• Translate concepts into sketches, prototypes, and final products
• Ensure quality, craftsmanship, and brand consistency across all designs
Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accessory Design, Jewelry Design, Product Design, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accessory and jewelry design
• Experience in product design and development
• Strong research and trend awareness within fashion and accessories
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools
• A refined aesthetic sensibility with an appreciation for Indian craftsmanship and modern luxury
