IonTach Academy is looking for a dedicated Academy Principal for our Kuttalam Centre who will handle both teaching responsibilities and academic supervision. The role includes taking classes at the centre and overseeing the smooth conduct of online classes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classes for students at the centre
• Monitor and oversee online classes to ensure quality teaching
• Manage day-to-day academic operations of the centre
• Track student performance and ensure academic progress
• Coordinate with teachers and support staff
• Communicate with parents regarding student development

Experience: 2–5 years in teaching / academic coordination preferred

Skills Required:

• Strong teaching and classroom management skills
• Ability to manage both offline and online learning environments
• Good communication and leadership abilities
