As a Team Leader at Wordwizards Global, your primary responsibility will be to oversee a team of Academic Content Writers, ensuring their effective allocation and maintaining high-quality standards in content creation. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Academic Content Writers, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
• Allocate writing tasks to team members based on their expertise and availability.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality academic content that meets client requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain content integrity, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless work flow and efficient content production.
• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing performance feedback and conducting appraisals.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, academic writing practices, and educational requirements to provide valuable insights and improvements.

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time position based at our office location.
• Standard office hours, Monday to Saturday, with occasional flexibility required.
