Job Title: A/AS Mathematics Teacher (IGCSE)

To deliver high-quality teaching of Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level Mathematics, fostering robust conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and academic excellence among students.

Key Responsibilities1. Teaching & Learning

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level Mathematics syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and instructional materials.
- Use varied teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs.
- Integrate technology and digital tools into teaching where appropriate.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations.

2. Assessment & Reporting

- Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and mock exams.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students.
- Track and analyze student performance data.
- Prepare academic reports and participate in parent-teacher meetings.

3. Classroom Management

- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Implement school behavior policies effectively.

4. Curriculum Development

- Contribute to curriculum planning and development.
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic planning sessions.
- Stay updated with changes in the Cambridge curriculum.

5. Professional Development

- Engage in continuous professional development (CPD).
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training related to Mathematics education.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
- Minimum [2–3] years of experience teaching IGCSE/AS/A Level Mathematics.
- Strong knowledge of the Cambridge Assessment International Education curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
