Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a 3PL Manager. The primary responsibilities include overseeing third-party logistics operations to ensure efficient service delivery and managing relationships with logistics providers. Additionally, the 3PL Manager will handle inventory management, analyze operational data, optimize processes for cost-effectiveness, and ensure customer satisfaction by meeting service expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing operational data and identifying areas of improvement.
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Inventory Management to manage end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with logistics partners and address client needs effectively.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in third-party logistics management or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
