Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Printing Operations

- Manage and operate 3D printers for architectural and real estate scale models.
- Prepare and optimize 3D files for printing.
- Ensure proper printer setup, calibration, and maintenance.
- Monitor print jobs to ensure accuracy and quality.

2. File Preparation & Model Optimization

- Convert 3D design files into printable formats.
- Slice and prepare models using appropriate software.
- Optimize models for scale, structural stability, and printing efficiency.

3. Production Planning

- Plan daily and weekly 3D printing schedules based on project deadlines.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely delivery of printed components for model assembly.

4. Team Supervision

- Supervise and guide the 3D printing and model-making team.
- Train team members on 3D printing techniques, machine handling, and troubleshooting.
- Assign tasks and monitor productivity.

5. Quality Control

- Ensure high precision and finishing quality of printed parts.
- Inspect printed models for defects or printing errors.
- Implement quality standards for architectural model production.

6. Machine Maintenance & Material Management

- Maintain and troubleshoot 3D printers, filaments, and resin printers.
- Manage inventory of printing materials and spare parts.
- Coordinate with vendors for machine servicing or upgrades.

7. Process Improvement

- Identify ways to reduce printing time and material wastage.
- Improve efficiency and automation in the 3D printing workflow.
- Research current 3D printing technologies and materials suitable for architectural models.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of 3D Printing Technologies (FDM, Resin, SLA)
- Experience with slicing software (Cura, PrusaSlicer, Simplify3D, etc.)
- Knowledge of 3D modeling formats (STL, OBJ, STEP)
- Understanding of architectural scale models
- Machine troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- Strong team management and production planning skills

Software Knowledge

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Rhino / Blender (optional)
- Cura / PrusaSlicer / other slicing software
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and file preparation

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
