Job Title: 3D Max Exhibition Designer
Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Exhibition Designer proficient in Autodesk 3ds Max to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative exhibition booths, event spaces, and retail environments. The ideal candidate will have strong visualization skills, spatial awareness, and the ability to translate client requirements into stunning 3D designs and presentation renders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design exhibition booths, event setups, and retail displays using 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, CorelDraw, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.


• Develop creative layouts, 3D models, and realistic renderings for client presentations.


• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and production teams to understand client needs and deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.


• Prepare detailed working drawings, material specifications, and fabrication layouts for production teams.


• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technology relevant to exhibitions and interior design.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.


• Participate in client meetings and presentations when required to explain design intent and modifications.

Skills & Qualifications:


• Diploma or Degree in Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.


• 2–3 years of professional experience in exhibition or event design (experience with fabrication vendors is a plus).


• Proficiency in:

o 3ds Max (mandatory)

o V-Ray / Corona Renderer

o AutoCAD / Sketch Up

o CorelDraw / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator


• Strong creativity, visualization, and spatial planning skills.


• Understanding of materials, lighting, and fabrication techniques.


• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience:


• Experience in designing for trade fairs, exhibitions, retail stores, or corporate events.


• Knowledge of printing, signage, and booth construction processes.


• Basic understanding of structural feasibility and on-site installation.
