Software Implementation & Management
Implement and manage Facility Management Software (complaint management, asset tracking, AMC tracking)
Ensure all sites use the system effectively (tickets, reports, logs)
Coordinate with software vendors for setup, customization, and training

2. Digitization of Operations
Convert manual registers into digital formats (checklists, logs, reports)
Create SOP-based workflows (complaints, maintenance, inspections)
Automate reporting (daily / monthly reports for clients)

3. Data & Reporting
Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for management
Identify gaps and suggest improvements

4. Site Coordination
Train Facility Managers, supervisors, and CREs on software usage
Ensure compliance across sites
Act as bridge between operations team and management

5. Process Improvement
Standardize operations across all sites
Introduce automation tools (mobile apps, QR-based systems, attendance systems)
Improve customer experience through faster response systems
