Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Own Trade & Transfer Processing: Accurately enter trade purchase orders, transfer requests, and related details into client accounts, adhering to internal controls and industry best practices. Break Identification & Resolution: Detect discrepancies (breaks) between Jobspirex and fund administrators or counterparties, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolution. Corporate Actions Management: Process corporate events such as mergers, spin‑offs, dividend distributions, and rights offerings, ensuring proper allocation to affected accounts.
