As a remote team member, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive community that values diversity, inclusion, and work-life balance. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Success Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Answering inbound and making outbound calls to provide exceptional service to our customers * Responding to customer requests within set timeframes and delivering high-quality service * Providing information and knowledgeable assistance by pulling up loan information and resolving customer inquiries * Adhering to schedules, multitasking, meeting deadlines, and providing verbal and written responses to customers as required * Working as part of a dedicated team to explain policies and procedures to customers and find great solutions to their inquiries * Building positive and pleasant relationships with our customers, helping them feel secure and well-looked-after * Maintaining regular and punctual attendance and complying with all company policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications** * High School Graduate or GED * 0-1 Years related work experience preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment * Knowledge of loan products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Work Environment** As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
