Why You Feel Busy But Not Productive

Introduction

Many people confuse activity with productivity. This article explores the difference and how focus improves results.

Main Body

Being busy creates the feeling of productivity. But activity does not always lead to results.

Productivity is about impact. Not effort. When focus is scattered, output reduces.

Prioritization changes this. Focusing on fewer, high-impact tasks creates better results.

Because productivity is not about doing more. It is about doing what matters.

In today's world this is a classic example very ubiquitous wherein people are seen running all the time but still nobody is reaching on time. People are busy as hell yet the productivity is merely touching the threshold.

The main cause because of which, I think people are always busy is due to poor time management and lacking the art of prioritising the work in hand and instead trying to to everything and impress everyone and also at the same time achieving everything without ture focus.
