Smart Fabric Personal Thermostat

​Concept: Instead of heating or cooling entire buildings, this concept focuses on the individual. The Smart Fabric Personal Thermostat is a lightweight, breathable base-layer garment woven with active thermoelectric yarns. The key innovation is a closed-loop sensory network embedded in the fabric that monitors skin temperature and biometric data. It can then apply localized heating or cooling only where needed (e.g., warming the lower back while cooling the chest), drastically reducing the energy required for environmental climate control.
