  • All‑in‑one access: Users can manage reserved and unreserved ticketing, platform tickets (with 3% discount), live train tracking, PNR info, coach positions, refunds, grievance redressal (Rail Madad), e‑catering, porter hire, and last‑mile taxi services—all via one app

  • Seamless login: Supports mPIN and biometric login, plus single sign-on with existing IRCTC/RailConnect/UTS credentials, or guest access via mobile OTP

  • Digital wallet: Includes the R‑Wallet for payments, with 3% savings on unreserved/platform tickets

  • Intuitive UI: Designed for multilingual support and a clean, user-friendly interface

  • Modern PRS coming Dec 2025: The revamped Passenger Reservation System is slated for December rollout. It’ll handle up to 150,000 bookings and 4 million enquiries per minute, including advanced features like seat selection, fare calendars, and specialized support for Divyangjan, students, and patients

  • Backend boost: The new PRS will be agile, multilingual, and backed by a tenfold capacity increase
