Introduction Aaj ke busy life me log apni health par dhyaan dena bhool jaate hain. Fast food, stress aur kam neend ki wajah se body weak ho jaati hai. Healthy rehna mushkil nahi hai, bas kuch simple aadatein apnani hoti hain. 1. Sahi Khana (Balanced Diet) Healthy rehne ke liye sahi diet lena bahut zaroori hai. Hume apne khane me fruits, vegetables, daal aur protein shamil karna chahiye. Bahar ka oily aur junk food kam khana chahiye. 2. Roz Exercise Karna Daily kam se kam 20–30 minute exercise karni chahiye. Walking, running ya yoga se body fit rehti hai aur energy badhti hai. 3. Puri Neend Lena Healthy body ke liye 7–8 ghante ki neend bahut zaroori hai. Neend puri na hone se thakaan aur stress badhta hai. Conclusion Healthy life jeene ke liye hume apni daily habits sudharni hogi. Agar hum sahi khana, exercise aur achhi neend par dhyaan denge, to hum ek strong aur happy life jee sakte hain.
