The Opportunity

We are looking for a Head of RevOps to build Varaha's revenue operations function from the ground up. This is a strategic and highly hands-on role for a builder an AI-fluent GTM expert who will architect our modern outbound engine and maximize sales leverage across our commercial team.

Working closely with the broader commercial and marketing teams, you will act as the operational backbone for our global expansion. You will actively construct the data pipelines, scraping workflows, and AI-assisted automation that empower our team to identify, reach, and close international carbon buyers at scale.

Key Responsibilities

    • CRM Zero-to-One: Extract all existing clients, inflight deals, and leads from founders' and executives' inboxes into a lean, highly functional CRM. Establish the baseline system to track contract status, follow-ups, and up-sells.

    • Build the Target Data Pool: Continuously scrape and aggregate public and proprietary industry databases (e.g., AlliedOffsets, SBTi, MSCI) to identify potential buyers and prioritize opportunities, creating the highly-qualified universe our sales team will target.

    • AI-Assisted Outreach: Build dynamic workflows that synthesize a target's recent ESG reports and auto-draft personalized outreach. Our sales reps should spend 30 seconds reviewing and sending, not 30 minutes researching and writing.

    • Event Target Hacking: Scrape attendee lists and geo-data for major summits and conferences. Cross-reference this with our target pool to drive targeted pre-event outreach, filling the commercial team's calendar with 1:1s and high-value side-event dinners.

    • Pipeline Accountability: Act as the operational traffic cop for complex enterprise deals. Track internal handoffs (e.g., ensuring the technical team turns around a DDQ within 48 hours) so nothing falls through the cracks across time zones and clients feel continuous, proactive communication.

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years in Revenue Operations, SalesOps, Growth Engineering, or GTM strategy, with recent (last 12-24 months) experience actively constructing modern outbound engines.

    • Startup Experience: A proven track record of working in high-growth startups is a must.

    • AI-Fluent Builder: Tactical, hands-on experience with signal-based tools (like Clay) and wiring APIs together.

    • Data Scraper: Proven ability to scrape, synthesize, and leverage industry-specific databases for lead generation.

    • Sales Leverage Mindset: Your primary goal is to build systems that act as a force multiplier for the commercial team.
