Video Editing:
1. Edit recorded lectures, demo sessions, webinars, and promotional videos.
2. Create engaging short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Instagram videos, etc.).
3. Add subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, background music, and effects.
4. Perform basic color correction and sound editing.
5. Ensure videos align with Tutela's brand guidelines and academic standards.
6. Maintain organized raw footage and video libraries.
7. Deliver high-quality content within deadlines.

Graphic Designing:
1. Design creatives for social media, website banners, emailers, brochures, and advertisements.
2. Create course flyers, result announcements, event posters, and student success creatives.
3. Develop branding materials such as presentations, standees, certificates, and internal communication creatives.
4. Adapt designs for multiple digital platforms.
5. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and academic materials.

Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
2. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
3. Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design.
4. Creativity with attention to detail.
