Position Overview:

As a Technical Recruiter at Collavion, you will take the lead in sourcing, engaging, and managing top-tier talent across North America. You’ll use your deep understanding of recruiting tools, Boolean search logic, and innovative sourcing techniques to identify high-potential candidates in competitive markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves finding the right match between people and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Engagement, Candidate Management, Collaboration & Delivery Support, Data Tracking & Process Optimization

  • Run advanced Boolean searches and use creative, out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to uncover top talent

  • Partner closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and target profiles

  • Engage passive candidates through multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, communities, etc.)

  • Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates, ensuring cultural and technical fit

  • Maintain organized pipelines, track metrics, and continuously optimize sourcing processes

  • Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and high-quality placements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related fields

  • Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally focused on technical or specialized roles

  • Proficiency in Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, and use of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRMs, or sourcing extensions

  • A proactive communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Creative thinker who adapts quickly to changing client demands and talent markets
