Job Title: Site Supervisor - Interior Design Projects

Salary: 25k - 35k

Job Description:

Requirements:

1. Project Execution Supervision:

o Oversee daily site activities and ensure work aligns with design plans, specifications, and quality standards.

o Coordinate with designers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople.

2. Quality Control:

o Inspect workmanship and materials used.

o Ensure adherence to design intent and brand standards.

3. Timeline & Scheduling:

o Monitor project timelines and report any delays.

o Manage workflow to ensure project deadlines are met.

4. Site Coordination:

o Act as the main point of contact between the office (design team/project managers) and the on-site execution team.

o Resolve site issues promptly and efficiently.

5. Procurement & Inventory:

o Track and manage delivery of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

o Ensure availability of resources and prevent site downtime.

6. Health & Safety:

o Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

o Comply with local laws and regulations.

7. Reporting & Documentation:

o Provide daily or weekly progress reports, site photos, and updates to the project manager or client.

o Maintain site records and documentation of changes or issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).



2-5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-outs or renovation projects.



Strong knowledge of construction/interior design methods, materials, and finishes.



Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, layouts, and technical plans.



Good communication and problem-solving skills.



Familiarity with project management tools and site documentation.
