Job Summary
Location: Manesar, Haryana
Industry: Leather Export / Manufacturing
Experience Required: 2–5 years in store management (Export/Manufacturing sector preferred)
Salary: As per industry standards / negotiable based on experience
Reporting To: Store Manager / Operations Head
Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, accessories, and finished goods.
Ensure timely and accurate entries of stock in Taxmia software.
Maintain optimal stock levels, avoid overstocking or understocking.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
Generate GRN, gate pass, stock reports, and issue slips using Taxmia.
Maintain proper documentation for all inventory movement as per company and export norms.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams for material flow.
Assist in planning for material requirement based on production schedules.
Handle material returns, damages, and rejections efficiently.
Ensure store area cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Follow company protocols for secure and compliant handling of materials.
Hands-on experience with Taxmia Software.
Knowledge of store operations in a leather export/manufacturing setup.
Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and documentation for export materials (preferred).
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Materials Management or similar preferred)
