Job Summary

Location: Manesar, Haryana
Industry: Leather Export / Manufacturing
Experience Required: 2–5 years in store management (Export/Manufacturing sector preferred)
Salary: As per industry standards / negotiable based on experience
Reporting To: Store Manager / Operations Head


Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Store Management

  • Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, accessories, and finished goods.

  • Ensure timely and accurate entries of stock in Taxmia software.

  • Maintain optimal stock levels, avoid overstocking or understocking.

  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.

2. Documentation & Reporting

  • Generate GRN, gate pass, stock reports, and issue slips using Taxmia.

  • Maintain proper documentation for all inventory movement as per company and export norms.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.

3. Coordination & Logistics

  • Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams for material flow.

  • Assist in planning for material requirement based on production schedules.

  • Handle material returns, damages, and rejections efficiently.

4. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure store area cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

  • Follow company protocols for secure and compliant handling of materials.


Key Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with Taxmia Software.

  • Knowledge of store operations in a leather export/manufacturing setup.

  • Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and documentation for export materials (preferred).

  • Good communication and team coordination skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.


Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Materials Management or similar preferred)
