Software Process (SP) & Engineering Leadership • Extensive experience working within Agile/Scrum or Kanban development environments. • Strong understanding of software process (SP) requirements, including: • Code reviews, branching strategies, and release management • CI/CD pipelines and quality gates • Secure coding standards and compliance requirements • Ability to mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and enforce best practices. • Experience owning features or modules end-to-end, from design through production support.
