Core Technical Expertise
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API) with deep expertise in enterprise-grade application development.
  • Strong proficiency in , including advanced component architecture, performance optimization, and state management (Redux, Context API).
  • Extensive experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating complex frontend and backend systems.
  • Advanced expertise in SQL Server and/or Azure SQL, including:

  • Strong ability to leverage advanced AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar to improve productivity and code quality.
  • Experience using AI tools for:
  • Designing and refactoring complex logic
  • Generating and validating test cases
  • Accelerating debugging and root-cause analysis
  • Excellent code planning and system design skills, including

  • Breaking down large, ambiguous requirements into well-defined technical designs
    Creating design documents, flow diagrams, and implementation strategies
    Ability to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated code to ensure enterprise-grade quality, security, and maintainability.
    Software Process (SP) & Engineering Leadership
  • Extensive experience working within Agile/Scrum or Kanban development environments.
  • Strong understanding of software process (SP) requirements, including:

  • Secure coding standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and enforce best practices.
