Hiring: Senior Python Developer / Lead (4+Years)– Pune (WFO) | Apptware Solutions LLP Apptware Solutions LLP is looking for experienced Python Developers (4+years) who can build high-quality, scalable backend systems in a cloud environment. We are considering only immediate joiners, candidates serving notice period, or those with a maximum 30-day notice period. Role Senior Software Developer / Lead Location: Pune (Work From Office) Experience: 4+ Years Must-Have Skills (4+yrs Exp) Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in the following areas: • Python with solid experience in Django and/or Flask • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) and basic system design concepts • Experience working with microservices-based architectures • AWS exposure, preferably services like Lambda (basic to intermediate level) • GraphQL experience (mandatory) • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across application layers • Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases • Working knowledge of Linux environments Good to Have • Experience with TypeScript • Exposure to Rust • Experience working with GraphQL APIs (mandatory for senior profiles) Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python • Work on AWS services including Lambda and serverless architectures • Apply strong software design principles to build clean, modular code • Debug and resolve complex technical issues • Participate in design discussions and architectural decisions • Develop and maintain microservices • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases • Operate comfortably in Linux environments Who Should Apply • Candidates with 4+years of relevant experience • Immediate joiners, candidates serving notice period, or those with up to 30 days NP • Open to Work From Office (Pune) • Strong hands-on experience in Python • Candidates with stable career continuity and no long breaks preferred
